Meet the EXCO team

President 

Tesha Pillay is a dedicated Clinical Associate with a vision of elevating the role and recognition of Clinical Associates in South Africa’s healthcare system. She is committed to advocating for better working conditions and promoting professional growth within the field. Tesha’s leadership focuses on fostering strong collaborations, enhancing professional development, and upholding high standards of ethics and accountability.

Deputy President

Secretary 

Edwin Leballo holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health and is a Senior Clinical Associate based in the Free State. With a strong background in both the public and private healthcare sectors, Edwin combines his expertise in medicine and business management. As an experienced PACASA leader, he is committed to promoting ethical standards and fostering professional development within the Clinical Associate community.

Treasurer 

Moses Habimana brings a wealth of experience in healthcare management and finance. He holds a master’s degree in healthcare management, alongside qualifications in business management and healthcare education. Moses has held several leadership roles, including Regional Manager of Care Coordination at Life Healthcare and CEO of Buchu Health Pty Ltd. As Treasurer, he is dedicated to ensuring financial transparency and strategic growth for PACASA.
