I, Nompumelelo Mahlambi present my manifesto as candidate for Chairperson of the Stakeholder and Collaboration Committee of the Professional Association of Clinical Associates in South Africa. I intend to strengthen our profession through meaningful engagement, transparent communication, and collaborative partnerships that position Clinical Associates as indispensable contributors to the South African healthcare system. The health landscape in South Africa is complex, dynamic, and in constant need of innovative, collaborative solutions. Clinical Associates are uniquely positioned to bridge gaps in access, equity, and quality of care, particularly in underserved communities. However, our role can only reach its full potential if we, as professionals, have strong, credible relationships with key stakeholders across government, academia, civil society, and the private sector. This committee provides the platform to build those bridges, and I am committed to leading it with purpose, passion, and professionalism. My motivation stems from three CORE convictions:
1. Advocacy through collaboration.
2. Building strategic partnerships.
3. Strengthening professional unity.
Once elected, I will drive a strategy that includes:
1. Establishing a structured stakeholder engagement plan with clear goals and
outcomes.
2. Hosting regular dialogue forums with external partners and internal members.
3. Developing communication tools that highlight the impact and success stories of
Clinical Associates.
4. Pursuing opportunities for collaboration in research, training, and advocacy.
5. Ensuring accountability, transparency, and regular reporting back to members.
I bring to this role my experience in private practice management, leadership, and community engagement, not forgetting my deep belief that Clinical Associates are shaping the future of healthcare in our country. My leadership style is consultative, inclusive, and results-oriented. I value every voice, and I believe that progress comes
when we bring diverse perspectives together toward a shared vision. In conclusion, I stand ready to lead the Stakeholder and Collaboration Committee with integrity, energy, and a firm commitment to advancing both our profession and the health of our nation. Together, we can ensure that Clinical Associates are recognised
not only as part of the healthcare system, but as an essential pillar of it. I ask for your support, and I pledge my dedication to serving you, our association, and the people of South Africa.

We do medical procedures almost every day and the salary is not matching..
Mostly is when you treat patients with honesty integrity, and dignity while maintaining their confidentiality and promote well fare.
Where every person you interact with it's either they learn from you or you learn from them..
